Recent health struggles had Shawn in search of all things fermented. In efforts to fill up on the probiotic gut goodness, what started out as a half-baked idea before falling asleep one night eventually evolved into a small side-hustle.
Dead Man's Tongue is a fermented hot sauce that will eventually be sold in small novelty-sized bottles. In the meantime, Shawn and his partner Jenny are still working on perfecting recipes and icing their tongues in between batches.
